He works as (interim) CxO and non-exec, mostly with start-ups, scale-ups and mid-sized organizations. He has led the tech side of two PE-exits and three industry sales. IT is about people, agility, technology, architecture and security. Making the right choices across these dimensions  - and across rapid now-next-and-beyond timescales -  is a challenge for all organizations.

Undoubtedly the most important of these dimensions is people and Chris has authored two books on leadership and agile organizations. He's also an occasional blogger on these subjects at Medium.com (5000+) and LinkedIn (3500+).

His teams have architected, built and operated numerous large-scale, always-on ecommerce and fintech sites and have won multiple industry awards.

Chris has been in the fintech space since 2008 working with global card acquirers and payment service providers.

Initially trained in Computer Science, he holds an MBA from London Kingston University and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
